This facility represents more than just a building. It brings together critical outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services for individuals under 25 into a modern, welcoming, community-centered space.

Taylor Design, Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency - HHSA, S+B James Construction, and Vanir are collaborating on this progressive design-build project, with an anticipated opening in 2027.
