Best marketing yet!! I moved the second patio table to the garage due to the inclement weather, set up my laptop and additional monitor, opened the garage door, stuck my "An Award Winning REMAX Realtor Lives Here" yard sign in the lawn, and work while the older folks (in abundance in this neighborhood) pull up on their scooters to get their mail directly across from me. I say Good Morning or Good Afternoon! They are too curious not to ask what I'm doing. "I'm a Realtor, I never stop working." BOOM. Everyone of them has questions or wants to know how the market is in the subdivision.. I'M READY WITH THOSE ANSWERS. 🤣🤩

I'm just going to leave this here in perpetuity, so the next time someone asks me where they can get help with their mortgage or have issues with their Landlord, finding subsidized housing or whatever the case may be, IT"S RIGHT HERE!

When you're making time (you never make) to make social content, and the phone starts ringing... your inner Realtor face gets caught on camera because you are that OG Realtor that answers her phone no matter what or who or how or when or where; I just can't help myself! I am what I am through and through. I felt myself breathe deeply through my nose... "STOP EVERYTHING!!!"

We're entering a new era of real estate, defined represention, and a standard of practice. I'm so very excited for the changes that have now arrived. ALL THE CHANGES.. ALL THE THINGS!!

Since my first day in 1988 as an intern at the El Dorado County Board of Realtors at just fifteen years old during a summer internship in high school, I've seen a lot of things and navigated tremendous changes. But this one is stellar. That's perfectly ok!! I'm hitting the ground running with all that has invested in myself and every last one of my colleagues this past year TO PREPARE ALL OF US FOR THESE CHANGES going into effect Monday August, 12th. After 36 years, the reasons I joined RE/MAX Gold 5 years ago, remain steady and true. Every last one of us here at RE/MAX Gold are incredibly trained, prepared, well versed and more than ready to not only continue to assist our clients with all their real estate needs but be the industry leaders and a beacon for setting the standard of how this should be done in the future.
