So exciting to sell a house to a first time homebuyer. Natasha is so excited! offer accepted one day home inspection the next day. We’re moving toward a smooth and exciting close of Escrow. I’ve sold her brother houses her father house her sister-in-law’s house. I’ve just sold a lot of houses for their family. I feel like we’re almost related now  that I’ve had so many real estate transactions with her family!

Well, we finally got it done! Working with great sellers really makes a difference! After counter offers, amendments, addendums, requests for repairs, extensions....you name it, we had it! Our file was about 5" thick! But we got through it...or should I say "we were going to get this done or know the reason why!" Thanks to my great sellers Bob and Pat !
