Full circle moment working with Russell Enyart, who started with me at Foreclosures com in the late 90s and is now a leader in REO and distressed property, and creator of USAHomebids.com.
I’m also aligned with Amir Cackovic (top 1% at eXp) and Tom Daves (35+ years, 7,000+ homes sold)—another full circle, as Tom was my first foreclosures com student back in 1995 (along with his investor Christian Rooney who has since retired).
