Spring Forward

2023 Spring Forward will be the last time you need to change your clocks. A few years back it was decided that Spring Forward/Fall Back is no longer needed. So we will no longer be required to change our clocks after this last time. Have a safe & blessed weekend!

7 miles in just over 1 hr (with stops of course) push a 90+ lbs. push sled. Mind you this was up and down hills. Thought I was only going to make 3 miles since I haven’t ran in awhile and push some weight. We put limitations on ourselves and can achieve what we put our mind to. I recently acquired 100% for my and wondering what single or non-single parents do to stay active. Now these 2 are roughly 4 1/2 & 3 1/2. What are you doing to show your little ones to be healthy and stay on that active lifestyle. Second picture shows the final outcome 🤣. Make sure to bring snacks and water & this is
