Sold! This one closed a little while back in Foothill Farms. A VA buyer, clear pest, $10,000 toward closing costs, and a new electrical panel installed by PC Electric prior to close of escrow.
The photos have since been pulled, but it was a turnkey home tucked deep into the neighborhood, with a dreamy pool just waiting for summer swims. They even sent me photos last week of their daughter enjoying her first dip!
I loved showing this sweet family homesand listening to their dreams of raising their family there. These are the moments that make what I do so meaningful.
