Subsequently, he spent several years in business management at Toyota Boshoku America, and TransFreight LLC where he negotiated and managed the company’s Austrian Division and, in Germany, the largest consulting project in company history. Returning to the United States and earning his citizenship, Chad settled in Sacramento and was drawn to real estate by the opportunity to assist individuals and families in achieving their personal goals.
