Good morning resident's- we are finally getting some cooler weather, lets hope it last :-) Bring on October! Normally this time of year we start looking forward to putting our Halloween carnival together for all the kids but this year it will have to be cancelled :-( With that in mind we had an idea that we need the residents help with, we thought maybe we would try a trunk or treat for the kids with every CDC guideline in place of course. We would need to have volunteers that are willing to glove up, mask up, and decorate their open trunk for Halloween and hand out candy to the kids at our property. We would require all families one at a time to each car as they walk our property. Parkside Partial Closure
Our offices are closed to walk in's. I will be answering phones for work orders or any questions you may have. Maintenance will be doing limited work orders, only essential work orders will be done. Thank you for your patience during this time,

Dear Residents,
We continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation through the CDC and suggest that you do too. In order to protect our employees and residents, the following policies will go into effect immediately:
1. We will not be allowing walk-in visits to our leasing office. All business will be handled either by phone or email.
2. We are recommending that residents who are not already signed up online to use the resident portal sign up now and use it to pay rent. If you need assistance setting up your online account, please contact your office staff. The site for the resident portal is www.fergusonandbrewer.com. Of course, payments and maintenance requests can still be dropped in the payment slot at the rental office if you prefer.
3. We will only be handling essential maintenance requests at this time. You may still put in requests for non-essential maintenance and we will schedule them when this situation is over.
4. Employees performing emergency maintenance repairs will need to use your sink to wash their hands before and after your repairs are done.
5. Plungers are available in the laundry for minor toilet and sink stoppages. If a plunger doesn’t resolve the problem, please let us know.
6. If you are using baby wipes or disinfectant wipes, do not flush them down the toilet. They can plug up your toilet so please dispose of them in the trash. Remember, a six-foot gap is what you need to put between yourself and other people in order to best prevent transmission of COVID-19.
