The first things clients notice about Alexandra Villanueva are her bright personality and energetic availability. First drawn into the field in 2010 when the economy was weak and short sales were all the rage, Alexandra learned the ropes as an assistant to top-producing agents. She then transitioned to became a Realtor in 2014. Her Associate's Degree in Legal Assisting gives her extensive knowledge of contracts and real estate compliance laws. She also has a Bachelor's Degree in History, which she credits for her open mind, above-par research skills, and unwavering attention to detail. Alexandra was born in the Bay Area but has lived in Sacramento since she was a child. Her understanding of the capital city makes it easy for her to transparently recommend the neighborhoods that will best suit her clients' needs. She is eager to be her clients' best and fastest resource for anything real estate related. Alexandra is fluent in Spanish. She serves on the Cultural Diversity Committee at the Sacramento Association of Realtors and is on the Board of Directors as the Events Director for NAHREP Great Sacramento. When not helping clients or attending professional events, Alexandra loves watching and supporting her favorite sports teams, The San Francisco Giants , 49ers, and The Golden State. She also enjoys traveling and visits her family in Nicaragua every summer.
