Artisan Grid Services is officially up and running in their new 3,207 SF flex space at 9912 Business Park Drive.

The company provides specialized power grid services ranging from resource implementation to metering and telemetry. Since moving in, the team has put the finishing touches on the space, including converting a portion of the warehouse area into additional office space, plus adding custom details like a one-of-a-kind neon Artisan sign.

6400 Elvas Avenue has sold for $1,675,000, one of two recent Elvas Avenue transactions completed by our team near Sacramento State.

The 5,200 SF office and warehouse property was sold to a local contractor after the seller purchased nearby 6500 Elvas Avenue to accommodate the growth of Backflow Distributors Inc.

Both properties also offer long-term redevelopment potential through transit-oriented zoning near light rail and Sacramento State.
