🔅There is a huge misconception - in order to sell a house you have to go and find a real estate agent, all other ways are questionable and illegal.

❗️That’s absolutely not true! If you have a property in the States you can sell as they call “For sell by owner”. It’s absolutely legal and people do it.

❓Who’s your potential buyer? Of course! Anyone on this planet, or almost anyone. There is a special category of buyers called Investors who can buy your property in Any condition, As is. You don’t have to anything! You can even have delinquency on the property. No problem. Or you withdrew some cash from your house equity. No problem! Even better! You have some liens on your property! It’s also not a problem!

‼️If you find yourself in a situation like this, don’t run around trying to find a right agent. They won’t help you. Let’s talk! We can (most of the times) solve the problem. You’ll walk out of your distressed property with some cash in your pocket, saved equity, saved credit score and lots of confidence in the future

💡Very simple.

⭕️Most of the time people are buying or selling their properties through a regular certified realtor or a broker. People don’t want to “have a headache”. A realtor knows what’s he/she doing! All this paperwork is so complicated! I’ll just let someone else do it for me! That’s what most people think when they come up with an idea of buying or selling a property.

❌What you can end up with dealing with a real estate agent. You house is seating on the market month after month after month, there is no showings, no offers. Your listing is expired.

✅We use alternative legal ways to buy and sell property. In this case a seller is able to sell the property faster, get some cash after closing, save their credit score in case of foreclosure, get all the equity and many other benefits.

I’m not saying that to go through the traditional methods are bad. I’m just saying that there are many other ways to solve problems without real estate agents.
