A very happy congratulations to my buyer! After months (and months) of shopping for a home with extremely low inventory, we revisited the new Esplanade community here in Lincoln. She decided it was the spot for her. She picked out a spec home that wasn’t even modeled. It was far enough along that she fell in love with the floor plan.
