Rico Rivera has been in the Real Estate industry since 2001. He started his career with Old Republic Home Protection and was a part of the prestige’s Sales Leadership Club. While at Old Republic Home Protection, Rico was a top producing sales representative. Rico averaged over 300 transactions per month. iams Realty Sacramento Metro office. As the office manager of Keller Williams Realty Sacramento Metro, Rico managed the staff and over 120 real estate agents. Rico and his office recently won the award for, "The Turn Around Market Center of the year 2017". Rico is well respected in the Real Estate community. He served as The President of NAHREP Greater Sacramento 2014 (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional) the largest minority Real Estate trade Association in the Nation. He was one of the pioneers of the Y.P.N. (Young Professionals Network) with now over 300 chapters nation wide. Y.P.N.(Sacramento Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network) in 2009. Rico is an entrepreneur and owns several businesses. Rico has taught Social Media Classes all over the Nation and has helped Realtors take their businesses to the next level. Rico is a father of 2 beautiful girls Kiani and Leylanie Rivera and the husband of Tanya Rivera. His hobbies are Djing and working on his classic car (1957 Buick Century).
