I was a loan processor at Cal-Vet, then loan Underwriter at the Department of Housing, working in the Single-Family, Multi-Family and Economic Development programs. I then changed gears and went into web development and Information Technology for the last 15 years of state service. The transition from Loan Officer to Realtor was an easy one, as working with buyers, sellers, investors, banks, title

companies, lawyers and government agencies comes easy. What separates me from other agents is my patient, non-salesperson approach when working with clients. I am a fiduciary to my clients and always put their needs above getting a commission check. You will only deal with me from beginning to end. I do not hand you off to an assistant once we are in escrow.
