But this one was not an easy transaction at the beginning, and it’s a great reminder of why having the right people in your corner matters so much.

Today marks five years since I left California and moved to South Carolina with two of my children.
California was my dearest home for most of my life. Leaving my family and everything so familiar behind and starting over in a new state was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I came here knowing only a few friends from my church. Everything was new—a new place, a new life, and the challenge of building my business from the ground up.
There were many moments when I felt absolutely scared, overwhelmed, and all alone.
But I was never truly alone. God was always with me.
He gave me strength when I had none left. He gave me courage to keep going when I wanted to give up. He opened doors I couldn’t see and placed the right people in my path at exactly the right time.
And today is especially emotional because it would have also been my wedding anniversary. My husband tragically passed away, and there will always be a part of my heart that the life we shared and kids we raised. Today brings back so many memories — beautiful ones, painful ones, and everything in between.
Through all of it, God has been my strength and support!
And then there are my dear clients who reached out to me from all over the states!
I don’t think I can ever fully put into words how grateful I am for all of you!
When I moved here, I had to start my business from scratch with no clients in pipeline You could have easily gone somewhere else. Instead, you stayed. You trusted me. You supported me. Love this! Sometimes, the first home you see really is the one!

When my client started looking for the perfect home for himself and his fiancée, they had a beautiful goal in mind: find a place they could call their own and move into shortly after their wedding in just a few months.
