YAY! OFFER ACCEPTED! The house had previously been in contract and came back on the market. Got my buyer out there that weekend but we were too late. They had just accepted another offer. So we submitted a backup offer.

Well that buyer backed out as well.... so we were up next. They accepted our offer! My buyer really really wanted this home and this location and now they have the opportunity.

You never know what is going to happen in this market. For sellers, buyers are more willing to back out. So be prepared. For buyers, don't get discouraged as you may have a second chance.
