Watching them turn their dream into reality—brick by brick—was emotional and inspiring. They chose a new construction home, which meant waiting, planning, and so much patience… and they handled it all with grace, laughter, and love.
And as if that wasn’t enough—they got engaged! 💍✨ Not only did they build their home, they’re also building their life together… and I couldn’t be happier for them.

This buyer came to me as a referral from a trusted lender I’ve worked with on several past transactions. They were on the hunt for a fixer-upper they could truly transform—and we knew we’d be competing with investors and all-cash offers.
Then, this home hit the market—right on one of their dream streets. Thankfully, the lender had their file fully prepped and ready for a 20-day close. With a strong, well-written offer, we were able to secure the deal... and we weren’t even the highest bidder!

Just goes to show: solid terms can sometimes beat out higher offers. 😉
