Rita Delgado Realtor Rita Delgado was born in Auburn, California, parents Ralph & Irene Ortiz. For 12 years of her life she was raised in Roseville, California.

Her parents then moved to Penryn, California where she attended and graduated from Penryn Elementary School. Attended 1 year at Placer High School and three years at Del Oro High School where she graduated in 1962.. After high school she immediately went to work for McClellan AFB. She also attended American River College taking courses to enhance her career at McClellan AFB. Rita’s first job at Mc

Clellan AFB was a clerk-typist. Throughout her career she was promoted to a contract administrator, a procurement agent, a contracting officer, a contract negotiator, an EEO Specialist, and ended her 34 year career as a Management Analyst for the Directorate of Contracting & Manufacturing. It was there that she gained skills of working and helping people as well as negotiating multi-million dollar government contracts. Awards received at McClellan AFB:

After retiring from McClellan Rita took a two year break from the workforce to care for her newborn grandson Ethan Delgado which was one of the highlights of her life. About two years later a new career idea turned into a reality, Rita then went back to school to become a tax preparer, which she did for two years at H & R Block. It was about the year of 2003, when Rita’s son Mark Delgado,Realtor® convinced her that she should get in real estate since she liked helping and working with people. Rita went back to school in 2003 and received her real estate license in Feb 2004. In 2004 she also became a Notary Public for the State of California. She is currently married to Joseph Delgado and between the both have five beautiful children and 14 grandchildren. Affiliation:

Fun Just doing what everyone else is doing. Fixed my blocked posts. I wondered where everybody had been! This is good to know. It's ridiculous to have 762 friends and only 25 are allowed to see my posts.
I ignored this post earlier because I didn’t think it worked. It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed. Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore, hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go to your page, start a new post, and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click "paste". This will bypass the system.
If you are reading this message, do me a favor and leave me a quick comment...a "hello," a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my newsfeed‼️It WORKS!! I don’t know how many friends I have. I just want to see all of your posts that I have been missing. It works.
