My name is Aaron Ward, and I am a licensed REALTOR®, born and raised in the Sacramento area. With experience navigating the rental market since 2005, experience in the hospitality industry dating back to 2008, and gaining my Real Estate license in 2013, I'm said to have a finger on the pulse of our local culture. There is a running joke that I should run for office, having developed the nickname "

Mayor of Midtown". Shrugging off a political career, I've decided to follow my destiny and continue my career in Real Estate. With a passion for the Midtown way of life, I have expanded my portfolio from working with renters only, to working with buyers and sellers of both single and multifamily housing. During moments of leisure, you may encounter me jogging at one of our local parks, cycling on the American River Bike Trail, or enjoying a locally crafted nibble or sip on a patio near you. Cheers!

Verona was an unexpected joy. Easy train station, excellent weather, fun four legged food I wouldn’t necessarily say neigh to, nor pin the tail on, and rice made with Amarone. Wonderful wine, creative cocktails, and more of this craveable cicchetti. Oh, cicchetti. Grazie to a city with an absolutely ancient arena, fantastic fresh friends and clever comfortable conversations that last almost until the sun comes up. Madre Mia I’m glad I made this stop.

Ah Venice. I’m not sure what to say about Venice. From sideways rain to sunny days, midnight mass to the original Jewish ghetto, visiting the place where the Bellini and carpaccio were invented, and wiping black ink off my face after a meal it was a cultured and tasty time. Select and cicchetti. Oh, cicchetti. Yelling Auguri at strangers, misguided Google Maps, and hanging at the Doge’s pad in the most serene republic, I’m glad I swung by. ✌🏼

The transition into flow-rince was fun. So happy to see more familiar faces! Even if my selfie orientation wasn’t portrait perfect. Missed all of these people and so happy to catch up. And the food, again, was delish! Thank you Tuscany round 1! ✋🏼 🎤

A lovely stroll through la dotta, la rossa, la grassa: the learned, the fat, the red. From the oldest university in the western hemisphere (or the world depending on whom you ask), to some of the best food I’ve ever tasted, to the red hue of the buildings around the city (or past political views); Bologna is a very special place. Even without their bucket.

Parma & Modena. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 2 days, 2 cities, lots of good food, beautiful sights, and in Modena: GREAT people. Kind, funny, and so welcoming. Parma was too wet and cold to talk to people 😁 I hope to make it back through both places very soon! Especially to try the food - “real lasagna” - in Modena. 😋

Genova. Genova. Genova. I love you. I visited this major port city out of curiosity and could not be happier I followed my gut (and my stomach) to the Liguria region. I now understand what pesto is. I now understand what focaccia is; in all of its lovely, delicious forms. So fortunate to be there at the same time as Patrizio and the lovely Simona, who showed me around her home city. The history, the splendor, and the FOOD. Wow. 🤯😋❤️ (Also, I think Inter is following my around Italy.)
