We saw a ton of homes. They found their dream home, just to have it go pending with another buyer. We didn't lose faith though. The house came back on the market, and after lots of negotiating, they got the house! There were a lot of ups and downs during the transaction, but we never wavered. We closed on time, having everything successfully completed as agreed upon. We did it guys! Thanks for hanging in there, and trusting me to take you to the finish line. What a great day! I was honored to join some of the best in the business, at my favorite Italian restaurant, to celebrate the achievement of top producers. 2019 was my best year yet, and 2020 has started off with a bang. 2 closed escrows, another just a couple of weeks away, and it's only the beginning of February. This just goes to show that hard work, dedication and sacrifice pay off. I'm so lucky to work alongside such smart, driven, like-minded people that are the best at what they do.
