Finally got access to my CAR forms because somehow my NRDS # got disconnected. Then TWO of my condo escrows are being canceled because two different HOAs don’t have enough reserves and have deferred maintenance. Two complexes. Two lenders. One very tired Realtor. This is the side of real estate many of us don’t show because, well it’s not pretty. Thankfully, it doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it’s frustrating for everyone involved.

Don’t mind me. I’m just over here eating my gummies and drinking my Coke.
