Welcome back to California, Mike and Chris. 🏡🏝️

We started this journey over a year ago when they decided it was time to move back home, but the market in Arizona wasn’t cooperating. After a few interest rate reductions, things finally began to shift. They were able to sell their home in Arizona, and we found them a wonderful home in Arden Oaks, near Garden of the Gods.

They’ll now be close to their amazing daughter and adorable grandkids which was the whole point of the move. Mike, a retired emergency room nurse, is excited to start playing guitar with local musicians. Chris, an incredible baker and former Freeport Bakery Pro, will be baking away, teaching her granddaughter a few sweet skills in her new kitchen, and continuing with her art and gardening.

So happy for this next chapter and grateful to be part of their story. 💚
