Remember: Day of Giving this Wednesday 25th, 100% sales are going directly to help with California wild fire victims at Jersey Mike's Subs restaurants in Tracy and Sacramento locations. This is a great way to help our fellow Californians!

See how Jersey Mike's is looking to help victims following the recent fires taking place in Northern California.

To help those affected by the North Bay wild fires, Josh Feldman, who was raised in Santa Rosa and owner of Jersey Mike's Subs in Tracy, has rallied Jersey Mike's Corporate and another Jersey Mike's franchisee in Sacramento to help out with fund raising efforts. Both franchisee will be holding a Day of Giving on Wednesday, October 25 at the Tracy and all three Sacramento stores. They will be donating 100% of sales to the North Bay Fire Relief Fund through the Redwood Credit Union. They chose this fund because the local newspaper in Santa Rosa is covering all admin fees, so 100% of their donation will go directly to help those affected by the fires.
Additionally, all 20 Northern California Stores will be distributing coupons where you can get a free sub in exchange for a minimum $2 donation to the same fund that Josh picked. Look out for the coupons and do help out with this worthy cause while making your tummy happy. :)

Volunteering at the Food Bank as part of our company's Community Service Day. Interesting to learn all the services they provided. I helped filled 6 of these bins. Each bin can hold 800 - 1000 pounds of food.

Today, as part of my Real Estate seminar series, Tracy Tran of Farmer Insurance talked about home insurance coverage. We learned about the basic terminology used in home insurance quote and learned about exactly what's being covered and the limitations to make sure that the amount of insurance purchased meet personal needs. We sure learned a lot and got useful info to make sure we do not overinsured or underinsured. We learned many tips to make sure we maximize our coverage and how to make sure claims would be paid. We also talked about the documentation needed to support insurance claims and ways to safeguard those information.

It was a great seminar. Someone came all the way from S Cal just for this seminar!!!! She thought the trip was well worth it. 😊
