Enchanted Indoor Playground in Elk Grove is a whimsical, family-owned play space thoughtfully designed by parents, for parents and kids ages 0 to 8. More than just a place to play, Enchanted serves as a community hub focused on creativity, connection, open play, special events, and celebrations for local families.

Every new hire participates in ECP 101 to gain a deeper understanding of the vertical integration that drives Ethan Conrad Properties and how each department plays an important role in supporting the full life cycle of a tenant. From Brokerage and Marketing to Construction, Property Management, Facilities, Finance, IT, and more, every pillar of ECP works together toward one shared mission.

During the training, team members are introduced to our company values, our culture, and the collaborative mindset that continues to make ECP a leader in commercial real estate throughout Sacramento and the surrounding regions.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms.

We are forever grateful for the heroes who served and never made it home. We also remember the families and friends who continue to carry the memories of their loved ones every day. Their sacrifice and strength will never be forgotten.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day as we remember and honor our nation’s fallen heroes.
