Arden Town Apartments Purpose and vision! This is the story about making a great place to live. Thank you for stopping by our page! We have three buildings consisting of 81 units.

As the new owners and managers of Arden Town, we are committed to making a great place to live - a place that provides value and a great home. Our complex is much bigger than it looks from the outside, so drive in and see. We have both 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. All units are one bath. Some of our units have patios, some balconies, and some have neither. Our apartments are large compared

to other complexes in the area. Our patios are *very* large compared to other complexes. In fact, some of our patios are bigger than house back yards!! We do accept small dogs & cats with pet deposit and addendum. We do credit and background check on all tenants. We require good credit, and adequate income. All units require a deposit which is equal to one month of rent. We no longer accept section 8. Feel free to give us a call, email, or stop by to have a visit. We look forward to hearing from you.
