As another year comes to a close, I’ve been sitting with a lot of gratitude. Not the polished, highlight-reel kind, but the quiet, soul-level kind. 2025 changed me in ways I didn’t expect, and looking back, these are the moments that mattered most:
- This year, our daughter turned the big ONE, and somehow time slowed down and sped up all at once. 🎂
- We spent countless days in Tahoe as a family, enjoying less rushing, more presence, and more memories that don’t fit into a camera roll. ❤️
- My son, Aleksey, won 2 state records for weightlifting. 🏋️♂️
- I changed everything about my business (except Dana, I mean, duh, she’s an extension of me, so that would be odd). Jokes aside, I rebuilt in a way that finally feels authentic, aligned, and true.
- I switched business coaches, and for the first time, worked with someone whose values and faith mirror my own.
- I had the chance to meet Tom Ferry, who has shaped my business more than he’ll probably ever realize. Especially this past year.
- I turned 40 and celebrated with a lifetime-dream trip to Lānaʻi with my husband. It was the best vacation ever! A pause, a reset, and a reminder that joy is the why. 🌴
- We also traveled to Hawaii as a family, creating memories I know I’ll carry forever because time flies way too fast. 🌺
- Besides Ladi turning one, Ramin turned four, Aleksey turned sixteen, and suddenly, we’re talking about college. I’m still catching my breath. Be still my mama heart!
And as for real estate, who cares how many homes I sold. What matters is how many families trusted me during some of the biggest, most emotional moments of their lives. How many kitchen-table conversations I was invited into. How many times someone looked at me and said, “We don’t know what to do.”
I don’t take that responsibility lightly, ever.
This year reminded me that success isn’t loud. It’s saying yes when God nudges, and trusting Him when the next step isn’t fully visible yet.
I’m stepping into the new year with open hands, a grateful heart, and with deep trust that what’s ahead is already being prepared.
Cheers to 2026! What are you looking forward to this year?
