Thank you to everyone who has supported e49 for the last 13 years along with Compassion Village, Day’s of Hope, Hoops to Hope, the e49 Hub and The Creators Place. As covid hit much of the activity that we had been involved in began to have to adopt. At the same time, the Lord had been speaking to me about a time for transition since 2017 from doing to teaching others to do.
In Early 2020, the Lord made it possible for me to start teaching at William Jessup University in the Business Department and I began to write a book about reconciliation and justice, but mostly about Unity in the Church and How we cannot get there without women.
Finally, last September, God was very clear with me on my next steps and I began the closing/transition process for every company, initiative and project I had been working on. And so today, I’m happy and sad at the same time to share that The e49 Foundation, Compassion Village -Social Impact Tiny Homes, The Creators Place, are officially closed.
I have loved every part of e49 and all of the amazing work done in this community but it’s time for God to move me in a new direction focused on mobilizing women into positions of leadership in the Church and to begin to equip women to understand that God designed them to be coheirs, not second, in their divine destinies.
