Good Morning All,
Due to consistently declining revenue and ongoing increases in insurance costs, I have decided it is time to retire. The last day of home inspections is today, April 22nd. The business will be shut down and the name (and the logo monkey) will be terminated. (Don’t worry about the monkey though, he bought a boat recently so he will have plenty to do). I am going to take the summer off to keep an eye on him, and make sure he doesn’t drown.
Starting out in a business that I didn’t know much about, I made it 13 years, thanks to my referring realtors, wonderful clients, and my family supporting me. I can’t thank you all enough for your trust and appreciation. I will always think back fondly, of the memories, the clients we made very happy and the laughs we had. It was truly a pleasure serving our clients while they fulfill their dreams!
