•Create and update manufacturing procedures
•Conduct raw material trials and qualification
•Assist Engineers as they create, modify and test products and processes
•Assist Engineer/production personnel during process troubleshooting
•Participate in production personnel training
•Assist in inspecting products and processes for flaws and identify areas for improvement

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:50pm - 11:50pm

•As an assembly operator, you will be responsible to set up, maintain and operate machinery
•You will ensure the interminable and efficient running of production
•On-the-job training will be offered to elevate your skills therefore a willingness to learn and improve oneself is essential
•Being a team player is required since all tasks will entail a close collaboration with colleagues
•The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly maximizing efficiency while maintaining a safe environment
•Set up and operator specific machines to complete various sub-assembly functions on wire product

2nd and 3rd shifts include shift differential for production employees.

JOB TITLE: Braider Operator
JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to operate machines to braid and insulate conductors

Essential Job Functions:
• Review routing sheets
• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operating procedures
• Move raw and finished product within the work area
• Load full and empty spools onto and off of the machine, thread wire through the machine, fusing ends together as needed
• Change bobbins on and “thread” braid machines, splicing ends as needed
• Clean and oil machines
• Maintain supplies at stations
• Perform in-process quality inspection
• Maintain production reports and records

Non-Essential Job Functions:
• Receive and store supplies
• Keep area clean
• Train other personnel
• Participate in meetings
• Other duties as assigned
