Hi Melody,
Meeting you during that first tour was such a pleasure. We talked and shared stories that we had in common. It felt so natural and real. It's so rare to meet a person like you. You were fair and supportive during the process between the owner and I. You are a very significant person why both my wife and I ended up with the house and have the opportunity to make it a home...our home. We are so excited cleaning up their family home. Despite needed paint and some cleanup it was obviously a home that was loved and taken care of during their occupancy. Your gift you gave us at closing was generous but unnecessary. You had already given us a very significant part of my family.
