Morning Magic on the Cape Cod Canal… one of the treasures of living here is having the Cape Cod Canal only minutes away.This morning it was pure magic — the water sparkling, the air calm, and several herons out enjoying the quiet right along the edge.If you feel like taking a nearby Canal walk , it’s worth it.Some mornings just remind you how lucky we are to call this place home.

There’s a different kind of joy that comes with new construction — watching a home shift from plans and materials into a place someone will actually live their life.
This one just went under agreement, and tomorrow it gets its first real moment of “becoming” when the new sod goes in. I can already picture how it will change the whole feel of the property.

Sod installation was postponed due to weather, but is now set for this upcoming week.
