After a journey that started over a year ago, the timing finally lined up exactly the way it was meant to. Stacy and Kevin had been searching for their forever home, and while we started working together last year, we all knew the timing just wasn’t quite right yet. Fast forward to today, and everything came together perfectly.

Through careful planning and timing on the underwriting side, we were able to coordinate the sale of their previous home and the purchase of their new home all in the same sitting. A smooth transition like that takes patience, teamwork, and trust from everyone involved.
