Sam & Grace have both graduated from Swan Valley High School. Help us wish them a warm congratulations 🎈 🎓

Sam keeps our community looking spiffy outside as our groundskeeper in the Spring and Summer. This is his 2nd year with us at Swanhaven and we are so glad he came back to join our team!

Grace is an important part of the Gail’s Flavor Table Team and is loved by the residents during lunch & supper.
