HAPPY HALLOWEEN! these past two days at South Colony Place have been full of Tricks and a spooky amount of Treats! Starting on the 30th we had the pumpkin painting and childrens party for our Colony II residents and then on Halloween itself we had our party for the resident in our Colony I building then to cap off the fantastical and Frightening events we had the residents pass out candy to the children from Colony II as a Trick or Treat! We are so happy to announce that today we had our resident vendor day! Residents are able to sell their crafts and show their talents! We had a great time with so much laughter and smiles!

We are seeking a full time groundskeeper for our large apartment community in Saginaw. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the exterior grounds, pool and interior common areas. Additional tasks may include:

Review community facilities daily, including outdoor parking areas, building entries, pool, playground, etc. for cleanliness.

General clean up of all grounds including parking lots, and individual building landscaping. Assist with compactor and trash removal.

Assist the maintenance team as needed with any additional projects.
