Congratulations to Elisabeth Deibel Bishop's sellers on officially closing this chapter and finding a wonderful new family to call this house home.

This one took patience, teamwork, and a little extra determination from everyone involved. With the sellers already moved down south, a time-consuming loan process, and deed details to work through, there were definitely some obstacles along the way—but the right team helped bring it all together.
