THE CLOSING THAT ALMOST DIDN’T HAPPEN!
😳🏠😱

It wasn’t Joy’s first time purchasing property, but it will certainly be the most memorable one. It went like this…

Step 1: Offer accepted!
Step 2: Offer submitted to familiar out-of-area lender
Step 3: Inspection completed
Step 4: Reached back out to lender…
THIS step is where it went south! ⬇️

The out-of-area lender became way too much to deal with, wasted valuable time, and it was looking hopeless! That’s when knowledgable AND local loan officer, Annette Dorey, from Lake Michigan Credit Union, stepped in and saved the day! 😅 She worked tirelessly trying to sort it all out, and we finally got the Clear-to-Close! BIG reminder to all homebuyers… always choose local lenders‼️ And a big shout out to the very patient sellers who hung in there through all the craziness. Congrats to Joy on the purchase of her new home~ her determination & feistiness served her well! Wishing her family all the happiness! ♥️

HAPPY CLOSING #3! 🏡
Here we are… back at it! Clearly, the closing table is our favorite place to be! ♥️ Katie has always had creative ideas up her sleeve. We first closed on her amazing home many years ago, and she’s still there after completing lots of awesome updates. And then she began dabbling with investment property for all the right reasons. After this sale, we may move on to bigger & better adventures, and we’ll continue to scope out all the exciting opportunities! 👀 Katie is the real deal~ she always tells me like it is & makes me laugh along the way. I sure do appreciate her trust in me! Congrats, Katie… let’s do this again soon!😍

Happy Closing Day! 🏡
This fabulous Saginaw Township home was only on the market for a few days, when the purchase agreements started stacking up! The end result… an accepted “higher than list price” offer AND a very happy seller! ☺️ One of the most important things you must do as a seller, is to work with your realtor to establish the correct price point for your home at the very beginning, and the buyers will quickly come calling! And it may also make the selling process go much quicker when the sellers are incredibly conscientious & take wonderful care of their home. My seller, Gail, did a fantastic job with this home, and she certainly reaped the benefits! 🙌🏽 I’m very grateful that she had faith in me to get her to the closing table. Wishing her all the happiness as she starts a new chapter. ♥️

Happy Condo Closing! ✨🏡✨
Many years ago I met Theresa while helping her with a real estate transaction. Fast forward & here we are, working together again… aaand she’s still the sweetest! 🤗 As we move through life, sometimes our needs may change, and we need to make things a little easier for ourselves. After experiencing some changes herself, Theresa decided it was finally time to sell her wonderful condo. With the help of her superstar daughter, Chelsea, the condo was quickly prepared to go on the market. Within just a few days we received multiple offers! 🙌🏽 I feel very blessed to have amazing people in my life, such as these wonderful women, who trust me with such significant events in their lives.
