𝚄𝙽𝙳𝙴𝚁 𝙲𝙾𝙽𝚃𝚁𝙰𝙲𝚃!!! Another lead came through from a family looking for a home to share with three generations. They had already found the home they thought was perfect online but needed an agent to set up a showing. They reached out, we had two showings and put together a solid and very clean offer. After way more back and forth with the other side over "language", we finally got it done last night. Sometimes, submitting an offer mean signing the same docs a hundred times for one word changes.
