The shrine is a wonderful and peaceful place! A must visit when in St Augustine

The Lord answered my prayers through the intercession of Our Lady of La Leche...

We were staying at a local Air B&B in 2021, when our host recommended that we visit the Mission Nombre de Dios. Unbeknownst to our host, we had been unable to conceive a child after several years of trying. When we arrived, we weren't anticipating the warmth and the love that the Mission and Shrine would impart on us. We continued to visit the Shrine every 6 months or so from Orlando, in addition to daily praying, lighting our Mission candle, donating to the Shrine & the St. Augustine Diocese. We became pregnant in June 2022, attended the Blessing of the Child in the Womb Mass in early January, 2023, and we are blessed to say we had a healthy baby girl on March 3rd, 2023.
