It absolutely makes my heart happen when (all happened today, too):

* past client calls me and tell me what an amazing experience they had with me (over a year ago) and they want to do another mortgage with me. Also, want refinance the current home.

* Out of State client text me about something they read online. I answered and reviewed with them. They said they would not be using any bank or other lender as I always answer my phone, text and email so fast and always willing to help. Also, their realtor told them "your lender is on top of it".

* Clear to Close!!

Bring it on, I LOVE helping peoples dreams come true!! None of this ever gets old.
