Here is a snapshot of what is happening in the housing market in Saint Augustine, Florida!

Median days on the market is 51 days but what is important to note is that this is including the time it takes to close which is normally about 30 days if you have financing already set up (which you should in this market!). So houses are going under contract within days of hitting the market. WOW!!
