There is a narrative that the market is slow. Trust me, I hear it all too often. In reality, it is not. Though, it is selective.
And interest rates? They are not unusually high. We have absolutely seen higher. What has changed is buyer behavior.

Buyers are not asking for too much. In fact, we are finding them coming to the table more thoughtful. More patient. More strategic. And that is creating a market where intention matters more than urgency.
