My seller was previously offered just $25,000 for this lot. After listing it on the MLS, he accepted an offer for $40,000.
That’s a $15,000 difference — and a perfect example of why going For Sale By Owner (FSBO) can sometimes cost you more than you think.

Why? Because when you go FSBO, you’re often dealing with investors trying to get the best deal for themselves — not for you.

This lot was listed on 6/25/26 and we accepted an offer on 6/27/26 — in just TWO DAYS!!

And guess what? The same investors making lowball offers off-market are often the first ones to submit serious offers once your property hits the MLS.
