DEL WEBB NOCATEE — The premium pick. Newest homes, 22,000 sq ft Canopy Club, resort-style pool, inside the Nocatee master plan. Villas start in the $400s, single-family estates can push past $800K. Best for: buyers who want top-tier amenities and the newest product.
DEL WEBB PONTE VEDRA (RIVERWOOD) — The established pick. Same Nocatee location, ~2,000 homes, fully built-out social scene. Resales from $350K–$600K+. Best for: buyers who want an active community that's already thriving at a lower price point.
WATERSONG AT RIVERTOWN — The nature lover's pick. Along the St. Johns River. Kayak launch, biergarten, nature trails, riverside setting. Mattamy Homes, $395K–$500K+. Best for: buyers who want a quieter, nature-forward lifestyle with amazing value.
Del Webb at Saint Johns — For those looking to pick their lot and build. Newest Del Webb located in The Landings on the west side of St. Johns County.
Plus: Reverie at Trailmark, Del Webb Saint Johns, Reverie at Silverleaf, Stillwater, Bridge Bay at Bannon Lakes, all worth knowing.
