Colorado ➡️ Florida is officially complete! 🔑☀️

Congratulations to my buyers who closed today on their new Florida home at 14372 Garden Gate Drive!

They were referred to me for their move from Colorado, which makes this closing even more meaningful. There’s something pretty special about someone trusting you enough to recommend you to the people they care about.

3. Riverside Arts Market

Every Saturday, 10am to 3pm, under the Fuller Warren Bridge. Local art, live music, and food trucks right on the river. Entry is always free.

4. Friendship Fountain

One of Jacksonville’s most iconic spots on the Southbank Riverwalk. Grab a bench, watch the fountain, and take in the downtown skyline.

5. Egans Creek Greenway

Five miles of trails through salt marsh and maritime forest on Amelia Island. Free to walk or bike, and a favorite for spotting herons, gators, and marsh rabbits from a distance.
