Spirit Airlines built a business around being the “cheapest.”
And for a while… people bought into it.
But eventually, customers realized something important:
Cheap doesn’t always equal value.
Sometimes the lowest price comes with hidden costs:
✈️ Less support
✈️ Less experience
✈️ Less stability
✈️ Less results
Real estate brokerages can be the same way.
Low fees might sound attractive in the beginning… but agents eventually ask themselves: “What am I actually getting in return?”
Training. Culture. Leadership. Branding. Support. Growth opportunities. Accountability. Reputation.
Those things matter.
Because in business — and in real estate — the goal isn’t to be the cheapest option.
It’s to provide the most value.
