Sometimes it's nice to envision what an empty space could look like with some furnishings! That's the purpose of these virtually staged photos of 28 Spring Street. We particularly like the look of the wrap around upper deck. 😍 Which one is your favorite?

Closing Day for our sellers at 377 Crescent Blvd. 🎉 This has been a sweet journey! We enjoyed working with Robin and his wife Rose Anna very much. Back in 2017, Anastasia helped track down owners and negotiated the purchase of two lots near our clients' daughter's home at the time. Their goal was to build a home down the street from her. They built a beautiful house and when it was time to close that chapter, they called us to help them sell it! This has been a very smooth and successful process. So happy for everyone on this momentous occasion.
