Ok, so we all like to put in an honest day's work, hopefully gaining immense satisfaction from accomplishing that task whilst being compensated justly for doing so!
Hmmm.. yeah, sometimes that is the case and sometime not🤔 But isn't it funny that in either case a nice alcoholic beverage of choice can really help in that reflection.

Well, this weather certainly isn't typical Florida now is it. Holy Moly.. But actually it reminds me of one of our rehabs a few years ago up in a mountain town. The view was amazing from this place and when it snowed it was magical. There was a fair amount to do but it truly is the simple things that make the biggest difference. When people refer to a Mid-Century style homes they don't always show you a home that truly represents that period. Well here is a home that does exactly that. How to retire the 80's 😏 Don't get me wrong the 80's had some strong points for sure. I just don't think design and décor was amongst them.. LOL - So this was an exclusive Golf Resort we though we could throw a little life into. Came out pretty stella and those views made the effort worth it. Profit on the flip did not hurt either 🤩🤩..

Another favorite “revitalization” from my past came to mind the other day as I looked around at yet more mid-century properties that are now popping up for sale around the area... All properties are selling pretty quickly but I also think people are realizing the amazing possibilities of these Fifties & Sixties creations.
You will see below how these types of property allow for the best creative ideas to flow freely. I actually wanted more of a bohemian look and feel on this one but then realized I could not possibly sway from the true Mid-Century protocol and had to stay true to form honoring these great architects of the day like Jack Meiselman..🏠
