I'm looking for builders/general contractors. I'm interested in current costs to build in the area and/or possibly building investing in an income producing property. I'm willing to start from an accessory detached dwelling for temporary living or short term rentals to small residential multi-family. Ok, so with everything I've had going on over the prior year, and dealing with moving back from SW FL 1.5 years prior, I let my FL State Certified Residential Appraisal License | RD5930 go inactive. as of late NOV 2016. I decided to do this end of NOV 2016, upon being kept busy moderately renovating, listing, and selling a home for a family member in SW FL. My designation noted above should be activated upon receipt and processing by the DBPR and FREAB approval--all educational, financial, and form(s) criteria are met, yet I'm simply waiting for processing of above noted items.

Just wanted to update any potential future clients (in accordance with phone calls, emails, etc. received). Please note, I'm not currently acting in the capacity of a FL State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. However, I am trying to update anyone who has and/or might contact me, as potential future clients. I'll provide an update upon reactivation.

I meant to write a post regarding some of the most current updated state legislature concerning lending & appraising, but I'm still trying to keep informed because the estimated ripple affects are still unknown and/or relatively controversial.

Someone recently asked me if I completed "valuation services". Although more details might be needed to confirm the answer to this person, I feel it is a good question for clients and others in the industry--please notify me if the response does not make sense or a mistake is noted. General terminology vs. Appraisal Industry Terms, and changing laws & regulations often make it difficult regarding this subject...

Wow, finally have the garage door going up and down... It's always a good direction for a garage door to move--and I setup the auto opener (cost less than $15 for the total tune-up and repairs).

Anyway, I'm utilizing Facebook and LinkedIn as secondary/ancillary pages for my primary webpage which I'm starting again for my business--if anyone has any suggestions on a good web-hosting site that is easy to use, please let me know. Although I will still be completing some Appraisals in St. Augustine, St. John's County, and Flagler County, I'm predominantly working in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Naples, and other nearby Gulf Coast Areas. I

My Tablet is on the Fritz! (Is Fritz spelled F.R.I.T.Z...?) Never mind... It's a touch screen, but it was like a phantom user was pushing buttons and I was competing with it to keep it from changing settings, erasing documents, and such... So, I've put a lot of thought into this, and I finally have it narrowed down to a few suspicious culprits: Its either a spooky ghost, a spooky ghost hacker, a C.I.A. Network Infiltration Agent who died and came back to haunt my Tablet, or hardware issues -- Any advice?
