How does someone rule millions of people into believing in common myths? Probably through the invention of fiction. Hello Home Buyers. I'm not sure if you saw that starting in a few months, they are decoupling real estate commissions for buyers to negotiate & or pay for their own representation. You'd have to pay out of pocket or negotiate it with the home sale. If you've thought of buying, I'd do it now, while you dont have that added expense.
