Just closed on 39 Brigantine Ct, this place meant a lot to me long before it ever became a transaction.

This was my college spot from sophomore year through graduation. Lived here with my good buddy Jamie Elliott and my dog Bruce Almighty!

Pretty cool being able to come back years later and be a part of it again in a completely different way.
