📚 Florida HOA & Condominium Board Members: Have You Completed Your Required Education? 🏡

Serving on your community's Board of Directors is an important responsibility—and staying informed is key to making confident decisions for your association.
Florida Board Member Education Requirements:

✅ Homeowners' Associations (HOAs): Newly elected or appointed directors must complete 4 hours of approved education or certify that they have read and understand the governing documents and will faithfully discharge their duties. Continuing education requirements may also apply depending on your role and current Florida law.

✅ Condominium Associations: Board members are required to complete the state-mandated education requirements established by Florida law, including initial education after election or appointment and any applicable continuing education.
